Louise has over twelve years of experience in providing Verbal Behaviour intervention services to children, teenagers and adults. A Board Certified Associate Behaviour Analyst, she completed the supervision component of her BCBA through Cherish Twigg, MS, BCBA of Establishing Operations Inc. Louise initially received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology Honours, going on to Post Graduate Studies in both Applied Behaviour Analysis and counselling. She is now pursuing her Doctorate in Counselling Psychology, from which point she will be able to obtain her BCBA-D. September 2012 sees Louise beginning her Masters in Child Studies.
Based out of Surrey in the United Kingdom, Louise lives with her husband, toddler, baby and german shepherd. She is the director and consultant supervisor for the NETwork Interventions Ltd. umbrella which comprises of Verbal Behaviour Consultants and Kadayer Counselling and Therapy. She travels across the globe to consult for families, schools and organisations and to provide intensive in-house training for therapists and supervisors.
Louise has designed a number of intensive and informal workshops, which are now delivered throughout Australia, New Zealand and Europe. 2010 saw them presented for the first time in Canada and 2011 saw us moving into establishing a clinic for assessments and therapy in Surrey, UK. This was an exciting move for us as a team. As well as learner specific workshops, Louise has had the pleasure of designing a workshop series specifically to teach teenagers and adults with ASD, and has established the first solely Verbal Behaviour training model and consultation service to run exclusively from Australia. Louise provides specialist consultations to schools and families whose children display challenging behaviours, and whom do not have a formal diagnosis. She has designed a specific workshop for this population, and presents this across the United Kingdom.
2012 has seen us establish a, 'babysitting & therapist service' and has also seen us delivering parenting workshops for a government initiative in the UK. This is a wonderful development as Louise is passionate in delivering 'preventative' rather than 'curative' intervention.
As well as learner specific workshops, Louise has had the pleasure of designing a workshop series specifically to teach teenagers and adults with ASD, and has established the first solely Verbal Behaviour training model and consultation service to run exclusively from Australia. Louise spends the majority of her time in the UK, but visits Australia at least once a year.
